Abstract

Early mobilization plays a very important role in the mother's healing process. Some postpartum mothers on the first day often experience impaired physical mobility. Some of the factors that affect mobility disorders are Complaining aboutdifficulty moving the extremities, Pain when moving, Feeling anxious when moving, Reluctant to move, and Physical weakness. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of early mobilization in the healing process of post-cesarean mothers This case study use a descriptive case study to describe the results of nursing care by focusing on one important problem in a simple analysis. This case study is a study to explore the problem of nursing care in post sectio caesaria mothers with impaired physical mobility with the early mobilization method to increase the independence of the mother and as soon as possible the mother can take care of her baby optimally. The results showed that there were significant similarities between maternal independence after mobilization on the fourth, fifth and sixth days. The results showed that early mobilization was able to increase independence in post partum mothers.
