UPAYA MENINGKATKAN SOSIALISASI DENGAN MELATIH CARA BERKENALAN PADA KLIEN ISOLASI SOSIAL MENARIK DIRI

Social isolation withdrawal is a mental disorder characterized by a person who does not want to communicate, interact, and avoid relationships with other people. The author’s goal is to understand nursing care in social isolation patients withdrew, the menthod used is descriptive with an approach that is getting acquainted, conducting nursing care in social isolation patients starting from assessment, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing, conducted a 3 day assessment, nursing diagnoses that appear are social isolation withdrew. After carrying out the management of nursing care for 3 days according to the nursing action plan, the client is able ti intereact and get acquainted with other people, based on the results of the writing, the authors conclude that when providing nursing care to patients with social isolation disorders, a continuous approach is needed.
