PENATALAKSANA TERAPI OKSIGEN PADA PASIEN INFARK MIOKARD AKUT (LITERATUR REVIEW)

Acute myocardial infarction is the death of heart cells due to longstanding ischemia due to occlusion in the coronary arteries, due to myocardial cell death in the anaerobic disease process so that the heart can supply oxygen throughout the body. The aim is to determine the effect of giving oxygen therapy to changes in oxygen saturation. This thesis uses a system analysis consisting of reviews because it will be analyzed from research conducted on the topic. All literature conducted in this study concludes the essence and compares the title, method and results of the research. Literature search was conducted on the Google Scholer website, Akademi.edu. Articles taken are articles with experimental designs. The results of this study show how binasal oxygen therapy can determine oxygen saturation from mild hypoxic conditions into conditions. Suggestions of this study can be made input for special nurses with IMA patients who need oxygen therapy by considering the optimal dose of oxygen saturation for patients.
