STUDI KASUS INTERVENSI RELAKSASI GENGGAM JARI TERHADAP PENURUNAN INTENSITAS NYERI PADA IBU POST SECTIO CAESAREA DI DESA TEDUNAN DAN GONDOHARUM

Sectio caesarea is a surgical procedure that aims to remove the fetus by making an incision or incision in the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Delivery with Sectio Caesarea (SC) surgery will have an impact. The effects that often occur are pain, the occurrence of thrombosis, decreased functional ability, decreased muscle elasticity, lactation disorders, etc. (Swandari, 2014). Post sectio caesarea pain management is by pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures. The finger grip relaxation technique is one of the non-pharmacological techniques that is easy for everyone to do
using their hands and emotions. The method used by the author is a descriptive approach. The criteria for the subjects in this study were post-sectio caesarea mothers with pain discomfort and were willing to be the subject of a case study, the authors took 2 subjects for research. The purpose of this study was to reduce the pain intensity of post-sectio caesarea mothers. Based on the results of data processing from both clients after the finger grip relaxation technique was carried out, it was found that the expression of grimacing was reduced and complaints of pain in the wound were reduced. Meanwhile, the results of the client interview said that after the finger grip relaxation technique was carried out, the two clients became more relaxed and comfortable. In conclusion, finger grip relaxation techniques have an effect on reducing the intensity of pain in post sectio caesarea mothers.
