STUDI KASUS PENGELOLAAN KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN PRE SECTIO CAESAREA DENGAN ZIKIR DI WILAYAH KABUPATEN KENDAL

Sectio caesarea is a surgery to give birth to a child through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus. Sectio caesarea surgery with various complications can cause anxiety. Non-pharmacological management to overcome anxiety problems, one of which is remembrance. Remembrance therapy or activities to remember Allah can reduce anxiety because psychologically humans will experience calm when remembering God. This study aims to determine the effect of remembrance on anxiety in preoperative sectio caesarea patients in the Kendal district. The anxiety level of preoperative sectio caesarea patients before being given remembrance experienced moderate anxiety and after being given remembrance both patients experienced mild anxiety. The conclusion is that patients who will undergo delivery through sectio caesarea operation by dhikr using the sentences of tasbih, tahmid and takbir each 33 times are read repeatedly for 10 minutes can reduce the level of anxiety.
