LITERATUR REVIEW PENGARUH DZIKIR TERHADAP PENURUNAN SKALA NYERI PADA IBU POST SECTIO CAESAREA

Sectio caesarea is a way to give birth to a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front of the abdomen or vagina (Mochtar, 2011). The incidence of Caesarean Sectio in Kendal Islamic Hospital in June 2005 to June 2006 was 285 cases and, 56 cases were indicated for abnormalities (RSI Kendal, 2006). Every surgery results in discomfort and pain. Pain management is done pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. One of the efforts to manage pain in non-pharmacology is remembrance. The purpose of this review literature is to obtain a picture of dhikr as a non-pharmacological therapy to reduce the scale of pain in post sectio caesarean mothers. This scientific work method uses a literature review study. Literature sources are articles with the process of searching the data base and Journal of the publication year 2010 - 2019. The theme of the article is related to the effect of dhikr on the decrease in pain scale. Data that has been obtained, reviewed, compared, systematically arranged and discussed. From 3 sources that have been found mention that there is an effect of dhikr on the decrease in pain scale in post-sectarian Caesarean mothers. In conclusion dhikr can be recommended to reduce the scale of pain in post-sectional Caesarea patients.
