STUDI KASUS PENGELOLAAN NYERI PADA PASIEN ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCT DENGAN FOKUS INTERVENSI RELAKSASI BENSON

Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) among the public is commonly known as a heart attack. Heart disease is the main cause of death in the world, one of which is Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI). Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) is very worrying because it is often a sudden attack and without any previous complaints. This case study aims to determine the benefits of Benson's relaxation technique in an effort to reduce pain intensity in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The number of samples in this case study was 1 respondent with the sampling technique using the interview and observation method after carrying out the Benson relaxation therapy technique. In this case study it can be concluded that the Benson relaxation technique is very useful and helps patients to reduce pain in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
