PENATALAKSANAAN RENDAM KAKI AIR HANGAT DAPAT MENURUNKAN HIPERTENSI DITATANAN KELUARGA (LITERATUR REVIEW)

Hypertension is a common cause of stroke, heart attack, hypertension is often called The Silent Killer. Hypertension management methods are pharmacological and non-pharmacological, to reduce side effects, it is better to use nonpharmacological methods by conducting warm foot bath therapy. The purpose of this literature is to review the literature related to efforts to reduce blood pressure to do warm foot bath therapy. The method used in the literature is the data taken in the literature review is to find data from several sources that are accurate and reliable in the research that has been done soak foot therapy. The results of the five journals that are used in the literature there are several studies that carried out foot bath therapy has decreased blood pressure and is a nonpharmacological action for patients with hypertension. Literature conclusions from several journals obtained by researchers, states that the ability of foot bath therapy using warm water in the management of hypertensive patients can reduce blood pressure with time.
