Head injuries occur when the structure of the head experiences an external impact, potentially disrupting brain function. Conditions associated with head injuries include minor wounds, scalp bruising, swelling, bleeding, dislocations, skull fractures, and concussions, often caused by events such as traffic accidents. One common complaint among head injury sufferers is pain. Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy has been proven effective in reducing the intensity of headache pain in patients with head injuries, prompting the author to research the effect of Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy on pain reduction. This case study aims to determine the benefits of pain management in patients with mild head injuries using the Murottal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman
therapy technique. In this research, the author employed a descriptive method, approaching patients through the nursing process. The subjects of this study were female patients with mild head injuries, aged over 13 years. The study involved 2 respondents who had previously signed prepared informed consent forms. Both respondents reported a reduction in pain scale after the implementation of the therapy, with pain levels decreasing from 5 to 2 and from 4
to 2. This study indicates a significant reduction in pain scale among patients with mild head injuries after a single 15-minute session of Murottal AlQur'an Surah Ar-Rahman therapy, with an average pain scale reduction of 2.
