Type of research: case study method. The researcher used 1 respondent in carrying out the implementation which was managed for 7 consecutive days. Based on the results of the handheld ball exercise research, it can increase the client's muscle scale after being managed for 7 consecutive days within 10-15 minutes hold the ball.
