Abstract

Rheumatism is a condition that is accompanied by pain and stiffness in the musculoskelental. This condition occurs a lot in the elderly, changes will occur in the body in line with increasing age. Rheumatic exercise is one of the non- pharmacological techniques to reduce the scale of pain in rheumatism sufferers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of rheumatic exercises in the elderly. In compiling this scientific paper using the literature review method. Filter articles published between 2010 - 2020 by comparing the results of the three journals. The references obtained were reviewed, arranged systematically, compared with each other and discussed in three related journals. The results of the three journals above reference decrease the pain scale on average to decrease 2 levels lower than before. The conclusion after rheumatic exercises are there are differences in the scale of pain before and after rheumatism exercises, from all three journals on average experience a significant reduction in rheumatic pain scale with different levels of pain scale reduction.
