STUDI KASUS PENGELOLA PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DENGAN PEMBERIAN JUS MENTIMUN

Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg or diastolic pressure of 90 mmHg. Hypertension is not only a high risk of suffering from heart disease, but also suffering from other diseases such as diseases of the nerves, kidneys, and blood vessels and the higher the blood pressure, the greater the risk. One solution is to give cucumber juice, because cucumber is efficacious for lowering high blood pressure. This study aims to determine the benefits of cucumber juice on changes in blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The results of the study after giving cucumber juice to hypertensive patients said that blood pressure decreased after being given cucumber juice therapy for three times from blood pressure of 170/90 mmHg to 140/80 mmHg. The conclusion from the research that has been carried out is that cucumber juice therapy can help lower blood pressure in people with hypertension. Cucumber fruit can help lower blood pressure because cucumber contains potassium. Magnesium, and factor effectively treat hypertension.
