STUDI KASUS PENGELOLAAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DENGAN TEKNIK RENDAM KAKI AIR HANGAT

Hypertension is one of the main causes of death in both developed and developing countries. Hypertension can be defined as a chronic increase in blood pressure with a systolic pressure above 140 mmHg and a diastolic pressure above 90 mmHg. This study aims to determine the benefits of soaking feet in warm water on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Research result. After doing the warm water soak, the results showed that blood pressure decreased from 170/90 mmHg to 140/80 mmHg. The conclusion above is that there is an effect of the action of soaking in warm water the decrease in blood pressure from 170/90 mmHg to 140/80 mmHg for 3 times the improvement of blood pressure to reach normal takes a longer time.
