IMPLEMENTASI PENERAPAN TERAPI MUSIK KLASIK PADA PASIEN DENGAN GANGGUAN PERSEPSI SENSORI HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN

Sensory perception disorders are disturbances or changes in perception where the patient perceives something that is not actually happening. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of sensory perception disorders experienced by people with mental disorders. Hallucinations consist of hallucinations of sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste from sources that are not real. The aim of this research is to find out about the implementation of mental disorders in patients with the main problem of auditory hallucinations before and after being given classical music therapy in the Hudowo Room RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Semarang. The research method is based on EBP (Evidence Based Practice) with a research design using descriptive methods with a case study approach using nursing actions in the form of classical music therapy for 2 schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucinations. The results of the study showed that after being given nursing action in the form of classical music therapy to both respondents, the level of hallucinations decreased. The conclusion from this research is that nursing action in the form of classical music therapy can reduce auditory hallucinations in schizophrenia patients.
